Global Office Supplies began many moons ago as a small family run business with only three staff members, two telephones and one objective.
That objective was to create an office supplies company that will not just save your company money but also reduce the negative impact your office has on the environment!
Luckily thousands of businesses nationwide agreed and believed in our mission to help companies go green at work.
Global Office Supplies has since grown into a successful multinational organisation with 7 depots across the UK and are proud to be the UK’s leading green office supplier.
What services do you offer your clients, and how do you do it?
We offer a dedicated account management service to all businesses across the UK who want to reduce cost and look after the environment at the same, we offer our clients the opportunity to have all their spend secured with one supplier.
We work with our clients to audit their current supplies, suggest alternatives and find solutions to their headaches.
With every account having its own unique account manager who is on hand to deal with everything for them, form ordering to projects, quotes and queries. We pride ourselves on putting our customers first we love working with them everyday.
Give us an example of one of your greatest achievements
Our hard work has not gone unnoticed, we have recently been awarded ‘Dealer of the Year’ for a fantastic four years in a row!
Think of it like the Oscars of the stationery world, awarded for high levels of service and outstanding achievement within the industry.
We are very proud to announce that we recently won the prestigious “Dealer Excellence Award” for the fourth time running!
With over 400 other office supplies dealers in the running, this award is very special to us, based on customer satisfaction, service levels and client retention, it’s great to have our hard work recognised within the industry once again.
In total we have won 12 awards in 12 years, something we’re very proud of.

We chose Bourne Space based on the fact they share a lot of the same values as us as a company, we love how we get a personal service, and everyone is knowledgeable and helpful.
They strive to be the best in their industry as do we, Their work hard / play hard ethos resonates with us and we have enjoyed so many of the excellent member events they create.

What is the most important feature of Bourne Space for your company?
For us the flexibility and opportunity for growth is key, we don’t stand still and neither do they. We’re in our second office now with Bourne and look forward to getting more space soon.

Networking between the offices is not only great for our business but in world that seems more remote these days its lovely to come to work and actually speak to other humans, our door is always open.
